My tickets are not in my Ticketmaster account or on my Ticketmaster app?

Try the venue ticket site https://am.ticketmaster.com/chi

 

 

I can’t get into https://am.ticketmaster.com/chi. Now What?

You might already be logged in… You can tell if you are already logged in by looking in the top right corner of the screen.

  • If you see your name, you are already logged in.
  • If you see a person icon in the top right corner, you will need to LOG IN or SIGN UP using the email address associated with your seats (the email address you sued when you purchase these seats).
  • Once logged in you will see “My Events” in the top left corner – this will show all your tickets and parking. If you are not seeing your tickets, be sure you are logged in with the correct email address.
  • Clicking on an event will show you each seat location for that event.

 

 

How do I transfer tickets?

The best part of digital ticketing is the convenience of sending and receiving tickets quickly! You will also be able to see who tickets have been transferred to and will know if/when they’ve been accepted.

  • To begin, click on the event you want to transfer tickets for and click “transfer.” You will then be able to choose which tickets you’d like to transfer. Once selected, click “continue,” enter the recipient’s information, and then “transfer.”
  • To view Transfer Recipients, go to “My Events” and click on the event you want to view. If seats have been transferred, it will show you “Transfer Pending to:” or “Transfer Accepted by:” for each seat.

Helpful information you can send to your recipient:

  • When tickets are transferred, the recipient will receive an email letting them know to accept the transfer. The recipient will follow the link and log in or create an account with the email address the tickets were sent to. If tickets and/or parking to multiple events were sent, there will be a separate email to accept each.
  • If the recipient already has a Ticketmaster account, they can use the same login information; however, they will only be able to view their tickets at https://am.ticketmaster.com/chi. Tickets can be saved and viewed using Google or Apple Wallet, although it isn’t necessary.

 

 

How do I view and access my tickets?

Before you arrive for the event, you will want to be sure to view your tickets on your mobile device.

  • On your mobile device, enter the access link (https://am.ticketmaster.com/chi) into Google Chrome, Safari, or any other browser. Go to “My Events” and click on the event you are attending.
  • The site will look the same on any device; however, you will only be able to view your barcode or add to Apple/Google wallet on your mobile device.
  • Reminder, tickets can only be accessed using the link above; they cannot be accessed through Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app. We recommend uploading your tickets into your digital wallet - or - you can bookmark the access link.

 

 

WHERE DO I PARK?

Surface parking is $10. Garage parking (when available) is $15. Cash payment and the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Bus parking, RV Parking, Trailers (when applicable) is $25. In/Out Parking is not allowed. To view a map, please click here.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

CHI Health Center Omaha has a clear bag policy. For the full lists of requirements, please visit their website.

 

 

WHAT SEATS ARE CONSIDERED VIP TICKETS?

  • Sections 109 + 118 Rows 5-8
  • Sections 103, 104, 106, 108, 119, 120, 122, 123 Rows 5-10
  • Sections 105 and 121 Rows 5-19

Please note that Row 5 is the first row.

 

 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF VIP TICKETS?

In addition to a great viewing experience, a VIP Lounge Pass can be added to eligible VIP Ticket purchases*. *while tickets last

 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A VIP LOUNGE PASS?

The VIP Lounge is located on the second floor of the CHI Health Center Omaha and can be reached by escalator or elevator. You’ll enjoy live music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, unlimited complimentary cocktails and beverages, and chat with your show friends or make new acquaintances from around the globe! The VIP Lounge opens 1 hour before your ticketed event and closes 30 minutes prior to the event ending.

 

 

HOW DO I ADD A VIP LOUNGE PASS TO MY VIP TICKET?

  • GO TO: OmahaEquestrian.org/tickets
  • CHOOSE YOUR EVENT: click the “See Tickets" (blue button).
  • LOCATION: select lower seat(s) in sections 103-106, 108-109, 118-123
  • TICKET TYPES: choose "VIP with Lounge Pass"

NOTE: If you do not see a "VIP with Lounge Pass" option, you did not choose a ticket location that is eligible for the VIP Lounge pass, look at seats lower in the section.

 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A VIP TABLE?

When you purchase a ringside VIP table for 2, 4, 6 or 8 each guest will receive a VIP Lounge pass (no need to add it to your purchase). You will enjoy spectacular views of the competition arena, catering, unlimited complimentary cocktails, and beverage service at your table.

 

 

HOW DO I BUY A VIP TABLE FOR 2?

  • GO TO: OmahaEquestrian.org/tickets
  • CHOOSE YOUR EVENT: click the “See Tickets" (blue button).
  • LOCATION: select seat(s) in sections 110-116 on the left side of the arena map. The available VIP tables that match your seat quantity will turn blue.
  • TICKET TYPES: choose "VIP with Lounge Pass"
  • CHOOSE: The 2 top table of your choice.

 

 

HOW DO I BUY AN ALL SESSION VIP TABLE FOR 4, 6, OR 8?

  • GO TO: OmahaEquestrian.org/tickets
  • CHOOSE YOUR EVENT: click the “See Tickets" (blue button).
  • ENTER PROMO CODE: top center of the screen (Codes are located below) and hit the “Apply” button
  • QUANTITY: located just left of the Promo Code, must match the number of seats at your table
  • LOCATION: Tables are in sections 110-116 on the left side of the arena map. The available VIP tables that match your seat quantity will turn blue.
  • Promo Codes: 4TOP, 6TOP OR 8TOP

 

 

HOW DO I BUY A TICKET FOR TUESDAY'S EVENT?

The Tuesday events are not sold separately. They may be purchased with an All-Session package only.
